       BLACK BASS ---Swimbaits have been working early in the day. I`ve heard reports of good numbers just not a whole lot of big fish. Senkos, Rattlesnakes,Chatterbaits etc have had success. Water depths have been from 8' to 25'. Some anglers are fishing the salt cedars and catching good numbers. Main lake points seem to be holding fish. I heard several reports this weekend about Bass that were kept and cleaned had what appeared to be small egg sacks in them. Could be we are in for a second spawn. spawning fish are still being caught.

 

 

                                                                                                                                          

 

                                                                   

 

     WHITE BASS---  Whites have really turned on. Lots of whites caught this weekend. Elm Creek was very good. Schooling whites are starting to show up in the main lake. Onion Draw up by the CRNWD pump station has been very good.Guide Bob Walker of Lucky Dog Guide Service Had excellent trips with his clients Friday and Saturday nights. He said he cleaned over 300 fish,whites and crappie. Their phone number is 325-357-4766 if you want to book a trip and really catch fish.

   

                 

 

 

 

 

          CRAPPIE--- Crappie were good this past weekend, several limits were caught.Main lake and Elm Creek.

 

 

 

 

                    

           CATFISH--- Catfish have been good on trotlines, Elm Creek has been real good. Yellow cats are biting up the Colorado River.

   

 We are getting new tackle in now. We recently received shipments from River2Sea which include swim baits and the Nest Raider an awesome looking Waterdog bait. We have Grande Bass Rattlesnakes, Baby Rattlesnakes and Machines in stock. I have the new Grande Bass Honcho on order. We now have our shipment of 3:16 lures in this week. They are an awesome swimbait.We now have Mend IT a plastic glue that will repair your Senkos,Lizards or Swimbaits.
